POCO C85x 5G: New 5G option in budget

Smartphone maker Poco has introduced POCO C85x 5G under its new budget C-series in India. This smartphone is designed for users who want a long battery, large display and 5G connectivity at a low price. Its sale will start on Flipkart from March 14. Users can buy it in Black, Gold and Green colors.

Price and storage variants

POCO C85x 5G is offered in two storage options: 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB. The base model is priced at ₹10,999, while the other variants are priced at ₹11,999. Additionally, the ability to expand the storage up to 2TB via microSD card is available, making it an excellent option in the budget segment.

Specifications

Display: This smartphone has a 6.9-inch HD+ display, which is attractive for those who like large screens. Its display has a 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, which improves scrolling and touch response. Peak brightness is up to 800 nits. In addition, the screen has received Low Blue Light, Flicker Free and Circadian Friendly certification from TÜV Rhineland, which causes less impact on the eyes during prolonged use.

Processor and Performance: POCO C85x 5G is powered by Unisoc T8300 processor, whose maximum clock speed is 2.2GHz. It has 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. Talking about software, this device works on Android 16 based HyperOS 3.
