Why BCCI could not manage ticket for Dubey?

I came to Mumbai by morning train from Ahmedabad. We could have come by road also but had to reach quickly by train. On Monday morning my wife and I decided to travel by train. We found tickets only in third AC, so we decided to book them.

Dubey further said in his statement, ‘My wife and I wanted to reach home as soon as possible. Because our children were at home and I had to meet them as soon as possible. His son Ayaan is 4 years old, while his daughter Mehvish is 2 years old. In such a situation, it can be said that Dubey traveled by train while fulfilling the duty of a father to meet his children as soon as possible. Only circumstances can be blamed for Dubey traveling by train.
