The driver has been taken into custody immediately after the incident and the entire area has been cordoned off by security agencies. Chronology of the incident: Chaos broke out at 6:37 am According to the Metropolitan Police and Secret Service, the incident took place at the junction of Connecticut Avenue and H Street (NW) near Lafayette Park.
