Kritika Kamra stuns in red saree as Gaurav Kapur wraps his arms around her; unseen photos from intimate wedding

Congratulations are in order for actor Kritika Kamra and cricket commentator Gaurav Kapur. The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on March 11. The couple formalised their wedding at Gaurav’s house.

Who’s who from B-town and the cricketing field attended the ceremony — Farhan Akhtar, Malaika Arora, Neha Dhupia, Soha Ali Khan, Yuvraj Singh with his kids and wife, Ashish Nehra, among others.

After the intimate ceremony, Kritika and Gaurav posed for the paparazzi. The duo looked breathtakingly beautiful. For their big day, the actor opted for a bright red saree while Gaurav wore an ivory bandhgala paired with white pants. The couple greeted the paps and also thanked them for their wishes. Gaurav wrapped his arms around Kritika while the couple posed together.

Vogue India dropped photos and videos from their intimate ceremony, which took place at Gaurav’s house. The post read, “At their Bandra home, followed by a sundowner, where the bride wore a red-and-gold Chanderi sari from Cinnabar, woven from tussar silk. ‘From the beginning, I knew I wanted to wear a true sindoor red, but not too heavy. The fabric would do all the talking,’ Kritika Kamra said.” The groom opted for a custom Raghavendra Rathore bandhgala featuring fine thread embroidery and heritage buttons.

A day before their marriage ceremony, their after-party invite went viral on social media. The invite to the ceremony read “The Party, After” and carried a relaxed tone, encouraging guests to arrive beforehand and stay as long as the night allowed.
