Lucknow, Read: In the meeting of the State Council of Ministers chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, an important proposal related to investment in the Medical Device Park of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YIDA) area was approved. The Cabinet has approved the proposal to provide land subsidy to TI Medicals Private Limited.

This project is proposed under the FDI, FCI and Fortune India-500 Investment Promotion Policy-2023 of Uttar Pradesh. As per the cabinet decision, land subsidy of Rs 14.77 crore will be provided to the company as reimbursement under the permissible incentives. This was approved in the authorized committee meeting on 5 July 2024, after which the eligibility certificate was issued to the company on 22 July 2024. Later on May 15, 2025, the Empowered Committee had considered the points related to subsidy. After getting the approval of the Council of Ministers, the way for the implementation of the project has now been paved. Projects like Medical Device Park will help in making Uttar Pradesh a major center of medical device manufacturing and will strengthen the industrial economy of the state.
