Trump again hints – ‘There is nothing left to attack Iran, I can stop the war whenever I want’

Washington, March 11. US President Donald Trump has again hinted at an end to the ongoing horrific war in the Middle East. He said that there is ‘almost nothing left’ in Iran to attack now, so this war could end soon.

Trump said in a media interview that the military action by America and its allies has achieved almost all its goals. He said, ‘Now only a little bit is left… this war can end whenever I want.’

Israeli Defense Minister said that the fight will continue until the goals are achieved.

However, amidst this statement of America, Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz made it clear that the war is not going to stop yet. Israel will continue fighting until all its military objectives are achieved and it achieves a decisive victory.

Concern around the world due to increase in oil and gas prices

At present, the impact of this war is now visible on the economy of the entire world. The price of crude oil reached close to $ 120 per barrel. Many energy companies have closed their operations in the Bay Area.

The Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important sea routes, is almost closed. About 20% of the world’s oil and gas supply passes through this route.

Iran took control of Strait of Hormuz

Iran’s powerful military unit Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed that it has taken control of the sea route of the Strait of Hormuz. American intelligence agencies have also received information that Iran has started laying mines in this sea route.

Claim of major success in operation

However, the White House said that America’s military operation Operation Epic Fury has been quite successful. The Trump administration says the war will end when America’s goals are met and Iran surrenders.

Attacks are increasing in the sea also

Meanwhile, incidents of attacks on ships are also increasing in the Gulf region. A container ship was attacked near the UAE. Qatar has stopped natural gas production while Bahrain said that its oil operations are not capable of providing the supply as per the contract. These events have caused huge turmoil in the global energy market.

Overall, this war in the Middle East is no longer just a military conflict but is becoming a major crisis affecting global oil, gas and trade. If the Strait of Hormuz remains closed for a long time, it could have a very serious impact on the economy of the entire world.
