Bangladesh vs Pakistan: Pakistan cricket team had a disappointing performance in the T20 World Cup 2026 and their team was eliminated after the Super-8. After this the team had to tour Bangladesh, where it is currently. For this tour, the Pakistan Cricket Board made many changes in its team and also imposed fine on the players for their disappointing performance in the T20 World Cup. But despite making so many changes in the team and forming a new team, the situation of Pakistan cricket team is not improving.

Instead of getting better, the condition of the Pakistan cricket team is getting worse. Pakistan cricket has reached a worse situation. Many veteran cricketers of Pakistan are also tired of giving advice to the team players. Now when Pakistan has suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Bangladesh, former Pakistani cricketer and coach Mohammad Yusuf has given a big statement by posting on social media.

Former Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Yousuf posted on X and wrote, ‘Can’t believe how much we are struggling even against Bangladesh. If this is our level, then how will Pakistan be able to regain its old glory?

Pakistan got a crushing defeat from Bangladesh

Actually, Pakistan is on a tour of Bangladesh these days, where the first match of the three-match ODI series was played between Bangladesh and Pakistan on Wednesday. The match was played between these two teams at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this match, Bangladesh won the toss and Pakistan cricket team came to bat first and the first 5 batsmen were sent to the pavilion by Nahid Rana. Pakistan’s first 5 wickets fell at 59 runs.

After this, Pakistan’s batting proved to be a complete flop and they were bundled out for 114 runs in 30.4 overs. No batsman could play a big innings for Pakistan. For the team, only Faheem Ashraf played an inning of 37 runs in 47 balls with 6 fours and 1 six. Whereas for Bangladesh, Nahid Rana took 5 wickets for 24 runs in 7 overs.

After this, when the bowlers of Pakistan cricket team came to defend the target of 115 runs, Bangladesh scored 115 runs losing 2 wickets in 15.1 overs and won the match by 8 wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Tanjid Hasan played an unbeaten inning of 67 runs in 42 balls for the team. During this innings, 7 fours and 5 sixes came from his bat.

Apart from Tanjeed Hasan, Nazmul Hasan Shanto also contributed 27 runs in the team’s victory. Saif Hasan scored 4 runs and Liton Das scored 3 runs. In this match, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Wasim took 1-1 wicket for Pakistan. Naheed Rana was given the Player of the Match award for his explosive performance in the match.
