Symphony secures waiver of fine from NSE for delayed compliance
Symphony Limited has successfully obtained a waiver from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) for a fine imposed due to delayed submission of related party transactions disclosure.
The fine was originally levied for the company’s failure to comply with Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Symphony had submitted clarifications to the NSE on November 7 and November 28, 2025, and subsequently requested a waiver of the fine on December 19, 2025.
The NSE has now favourably considered Symphony’s request, as communicated in a letter dated March 11, 2026. The exchange has advised Symphony to ensure future compliance with the applicable listing regulations.
