Two Accused Get Bail In Sidhu Moosewala Murder Case: Supreme Court grants bail to two people implicated in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, police have made these allegations

New Delhi. Two accused in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala got relief from the Supreme Court on Thursday. The bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta granted bail to Jagtar Singh and Pawan Bishnoi, arrested in the murder case of Sidhu Moosewala. Pawan Bishnoi and Jagtar were accused of providing a vehicle to the shooters who killed Punjab’s famous singer Sidhu Moosewala. Police have claimed in the charge sheet that Pawan and Jagtar are associated with Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar gang.

Jagtar Singh and Pawan Bishnoi had applied for bail in the court of Mansa, Punjab in the year 2023, but both of them could not get relief from there. The prosecution had then opposed the grant of bail by alleging that Lawrence Bishnoi was aiding and abetting the murder. Pawan Bishnoi says that he has nothing to do with the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, nor did he provide the car to anyone. Pawan also alleges that the police is trying to forcibly implicate him. Now Pawan and Jagtar Singh have got bail from the Supreme Court. Due to which both of them must be feeling great relief.

Punjab’s singer Sidhu Moosewala left home in a car on 29 May 2022. There were some other people also with him. After going some distance, shooters came from behind in the car and stopped Sidhu Moosewala’s car. Then they fired indiscriminately and killed Sidhu Moosewala who was sitting on the driving seat and fled away. Lawrence Bishnoi gang had posted the responsibility of murder of Sidhu Moosewala on Facebook. Gag had talked about the murder of Sidhu Moosewala to avenge the murder of Vicky Middkheda. During the investigation of Vicky’s murder, it was revealed that Sidhu Moosewala’s manager Shaganpreet Singh had given accommodation to the shooters.
