The closing ceremony of the 55th National Safety Campaign was held in the Fire and Safety Department of IFFCO Phulpur Unit. This year’s theme is Engage, Educate and Empower People for Advanced Security.

General Manager (Unit Head) PK Singh said that today reminds us of the importance and awareness of safety. He said that be aware of accidents and work safely, never ignore safety. Make sure to use safety equipment, helmet, suit and gadgets. Be aware of fire alarms and basic safety. Make safety your habit and a part of your work culture.

He said that all of you should pledge that you will follow safety rules, educate new employees and make safety a part of your lifestyle. General Manager Technical Ratnesh Kumar said that the information must be shared immediately so that the fire and safety department can prevent the accident in due time. Be sure to keep safety standards in mind while performing work.

Chief Manager Fire and Safety Department Sanjeev Kumar presented the annual report of the Fire and Safety Department and told that we have been working accident free for 1814 days which is our achievement. 1173 tool boxes have been installed for accident prevention. He said that the Fire and Safety Department has received awards from the National Safety Council and the British Safety Council last year.

The program was conducted by Vikas Kumar and vote of thanks was given by Akhilesh Nigam. During this, Joint General Managers Arun Kumar, S.K. Singh, A.K.Gupta, Dr. Satya Prakash, R.P.Yadav, Sandeep Goyal, Head of Department Human Resources Shambhu Shekhar, President of IFFCO Officers Association Anurag Tiwari and General Secretary Swayam Prakash, President of IFFCO Employees Union Pankaj Pandey and General Secretary Vijay Kumar Yadav and a large number of IFFCO employees were present. During this, winners and departments were awarded in various competitions held during National Security Week.
