Many important decisions can be taken
According to the information, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is planning organizational changes on the occasion of its centenary year. This change can be presented for discussion in this meeting, and it can be implemented in the next All India Representative Assembly to be held in Nagpur in 2027. The Union is considering abolishing the provincial arrangements and implementing a new structure on the lines of State Pracharak. At present there are 45 provinces and 11 territories in the Union, out of which a plan to create 9 territories can be considered.
appointment of division campaigner
The Sangh is considering the possibility of appointing division campaigner in place of province campaigner in a new system. For example, Maharashtra has four provinces – Vidarbha, Konkan, Devagiri and West Maharashtra, of which Vidarbha has two divisions, Nagpur and Amravati. In this way, the number of divisions in the union can be increased.
Reorganization of field campaigner
The Sangh is also considering a plan to reduce 11 area campaigners to 9 area campaigners. For example, the possibility of linking field campaigners from Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh together is being discussed. Apart from this, a plan to bring the Kshetra Pracharak of Rajasthan under the North Kshetra Pracharak is also under consideration.
Towards strengthening the grassroots level
The Sangh is considering appointing a State Pracharak in one state, who will plan the work of the Sangh in his state. Under this change, the Sangh is working towards improving the structure of the organization to strengthen the grassroots level. If this proposal is implemented, the distance between senior Sangh officials and grassroots level workers will reduce, decisions can be taken more quickly, and more attention can be paid to social work.

However, there will be no change in the metropolitan, department and district campaigner system of the Sangh, and this system will continue as before. If consensus is reached in this meeting, then this change can be implemented in the 2027 meeting. No major changes will be made this year due to the centenary year, but this new structure may come into effect after 2027.
