Delhi ! Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated Chile’s new President Jose Antonio Casta Rista and said he looked forward to working together to further strengthen bilateral relations. Right-wing leader Caste was sworn in as Chile’s new president on Wednesday, a clear symbol of the Latin American country’s shift toward right-wing ideology since its return to democracy in 1990.
