1. Death of Indian sailors in Gulf region: The government said that three Indian sailors have died in recent incidents and one sailor is still missing. Four other sailors were slightly injured. The injured are being evacuated safely and are being treated.

9. Additional provision of kerosene and coal: The government has allocated 48,000 kiloliters of additional kerosene to the states. Also, instructions have been given to Coal India Limited to make coal available to small and medium consumers.
