Irfan says that Chennai Super Kings (CSK) cannot be imagined without Dhoni. Irfan believes that this could be Dhoni’s last season.
Irfan said- Dhoni will prepare Samson and Rituraj
Irfan said, it would be difficult to imagine CSK and IPL without Dhoni. His role now will be to bring everyone in the team together. Dhoni will now help in preparing Sanju Samson and Ruturaj Gaikwad. I am not sure how many matches he will play, but his presence in the dressing room will help a lot. Sanju will benefit as he will also be a part of the leadership group. Ruturaj Gaikwad is a leader. But as a group, two or three people are being prepared for the future.
He said, I hope Dhoni will do something different. Questions will still be raised about his fitness, batting position and whether he will play all the matches.
