PAK vs BAN: Salman Ali Agha leaves field in anger after controversial runout

Salman Ali Agha was dismissed in bizarre fashion during the second ODI against Bangladesh national cricket team.

The incident took place in Dhaka when Agha was forced to leave the field as a result of a quick-thinking run-out by captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz.

The unusual moment came in the 39th over when Agha attempted to pick up the ball at the non-striker’s end while still outside his crease.

However, Mehdi was quicker than Agha who grabbed the ball and hit the stumps with an underarm throw.

After a review by third umpire Kumar Dharmasena, who made the decision on the basis of “batsman is out of the ground at the time of the wickets break,” Agha was ruled out, prompting visible frustration from the Pakistan batter.

When walking back to the dugout, the Pakistani batter, who captains the T20I side, threw his equipment and looked visibly frustrated.

The batter walked away after playing 62 balls and making 64 runs.

Pakistan wrapped their innings giving Bangladesh a target of  275.
