How did jaundice disease increase?
Jaundice is caused by drinking dirty water. Water often becomes contaminated due to waterlogging. Due to the construction of the bridge in Hamirpur, the flow of the river has decreased, due to which it is believed that the water has been contaminated due to this. It is believed that if there is no rain during the summer season, the risk of jaundice may increase.
Hamirpur’s doctor Ramesh Ratna said on Friday about jaundice disease that the cases of jaundice are increasing in the area. To reduce this, the health department and the state water department should work together. After this he said that water samples are being tested every day. Also, local people are being advised to boil water and drink it.
