CM Yogi’s visit to Balrampur: Bowed in the court of Mother Pateshwari, met public representatives and took stock of development works

Balrampur, 12 March. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also met public representatives on Thursday, the second day of his visit to Balrampur, and took information about the development works. According to the information, the Chief Minister met the public representatives on the second day of his stay in Balrampur and after taking information about the development works, he assured them of the development of the district.

Balrampur Municipal Council Chairman Dhirendra Pratap Singh said that during the meeting with the Chief Minister, he demanded an overbridge at Balrampur Jharkhandi railway crossing and widening of the road from Hanumangarhi to Canal Balaganj and Gelhapur. He said that the Chief Minister assured that the construction work will be done soon.

According to the statement issued by the government, the Chief Minister took stock of the security arrangements of the fair to be organized during Chait Navratri and directed that it should be ensured from now on that no devotee has to face any kind of trouble during the fair. According to the spokesperson, the Chief Minister visited the Adishakti Peeth Devi Patan temple of Tulsipur and worshiped the Goddess and fed jaggery and sawdust to the cows in the cowshed.

Yogi bowed his head in the court of Mother Pateshwari

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed darshan and worship at the famous Devi Shaktipeeth Maa Pateshwari Devi temple located in Tulsipur in Balrampur district on Thursday morning. Gorakshpeethadhishwar performed the aarti of Maa Pateshwari and prayed for the happiness, health and prosperity of the people of the state. The Chief Minister had reached Balrampur on Wednesday on a two-day visit and rested for the night in the temple premises itself. On Thursday morning, he performed formal puja in the temple and also took stock of the arrangements of the temple before the upcoming Chaitra Navratri.

After the puja, the Chief Minister reached the cow shed located in the temple premises, where he fed jaggery and fodder to the cow and inspected the arrangements of the cow shed. He also took information from the officials about the preparations for the Navratri fair. On this occasion, Mahant of the temple Mithilesh Nath Yogi and Mahant of Kalibari temple Ravindra Das were also present.
