Bangladesh vs Pakistan, 2nd ODI: Pakistan has achieved a big victory in the second match of the three-match ODI series being played between Bangladesh and Pakistan. Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 128 runs. Chasing the target of 243 runs at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium, Bangladesh was all out after scoring 114 runs. With this victory, Pakistan has leveled the series at 1-1.
Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first. Coming to bat first, Pakistan team scored 274 runs. Sahibzada Farhan and Maaz Sadaqat gave a good start to Pakistan and added 103 runs in 13 overs for the first wicket. Farhan was out after scoring 31 runs, while Sadaqat batted brilliantly and scored 75 runs in 46 balls with the help of 6 fours and 5 sixes.
Salman Aga also appeared in excellent form and scored 64 runs in 62 balls. Mohammad Rizwan contributed 44 runs. In bowling, for Bangladesh, Rishad Hussain took 3 wickets for 56 runs, while Mehdi Hasan Miraj took 2 wickets. With this victory, Pakistan has leveled the three-match ODI series at 1-1.
Bangladesh had a very bad start
Bangladesh team, which came to chase the target of 275 runs, did not have a good start. In the very second over of the innings, Shaheen Afridi showed the way to the pavilion to Tanjeed Hasan Tamim on the score of just one run. After this Saif Hasan was also out after scoring 12 runs. Nazmul Hasan Shanto could not even open his account and was clean bowled by Shaheen Afridi and sent to the pavilion.
Bangladesh team limited to 114 runs
After 6.3 overs, Bangladesh had lost 3 wickets at the score of 27 runs. However, the match had to be stopped due to severe lightning. Shortly after this it started raining heavily. After the rain stopped, Bangladesh were given a new target under the Duckworth-Lewis rule. Bangladesh got a total target of 243 runs to win in 32 overs. However, in front of Pakistan’s bowlers, Bangladesh’s batting order fell apart like a pack of cards and the entire team was reduced to just 114 runs.

Liton Das scored the maximum 41 runs for Bangladesh, while Tauheed Hridoy contributed 28 runs. In bowling, Maaz Sadakat from Pakistan took 3 wickets for 23 runs in 5 overs.
