If media reports are to be believed, people in Dubai got information about this attack through social media. The attack was successfully intercepted by security forces, whose debris fell on the outside of a building. There was no major loss in this attack.
At the same time, after this blast, the sounds of sirens started echoing on Sheikh Zayed Road, the main road of Dubai. The police have cordoned off the entire area for security reasons. The incident occurred near the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). The building has suffered extensive damage due to the explosion and debris.

Earlier on Thursday too, an incident related to drones had come to light in Al Bada area. Even then the sound of explosions was heard in the center of the city.
