NAMAN Awards 2026: Dravid, Mithali and Shubman Gill will receive awards; World Cup winners will also be honoured; see list

NAMAN Awards 2026: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday, March 14, announced that Rahul Dravid and Roger Binny will be honored with the Col. C.K. Naidu will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award function is to be organized on March 15. Along with this, many names are included in the list of awards. Those who will be honored with Lifetime Achievement Award for extraordinary contribution.

Shubman Gill’s name included

Shubhman Gill has won this award for the second time. Earlier in the year 2023 also he was honored with this award. By winning this award for the second time, he will equal Sachin Tendulkar and Ravichandran Ashwin. He has also won this award twice. Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah have been honored with this award more times than these three.

Great performance in test cricket

26 year old young player Shubhman Gill had performed brilliantly in Test and ODI cricket last year in 2025. Although, he could not get a place in the Indian team that won the T20 World Cup recently, but his performance in the other two formats was quite tremendous. Shubman had scored 985 runs by batting brilliantly in Test cricket in 2025.

Lifetime Achievement Award

BCCI has decided to honor former Indian players Roger Binny and Rahul Dravid with the Colonel CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award. Among women, this award will be given to Mithali Raj. Binny has also been the former President of BCCI, while during Dravid’s coaching, India won the 2024 T20 World Cup title.
