Fight between advocates in the court of Naib Tehsildar Uruwa in Gorakhpur Gola;

gorakhpur There was sudden chaos on Saturday in the court of Naib Tehsildar Uruva located in Gola Tehsil complex of the district. What started as a debate between two lawyers over a legal point quickly turned into a heated argument. The dispute escalated so much that one advocate took out the leg of a broken chair lying nearby and attacked the other. Both the lawyers were injured in the attack and one victim even became unconscious for some time. Other advocates and employees present in the court premises somehow intervened and brought the situation under control.

Advocate Ranvijay Chand, son of Arjun Chand, resident of Avarus village, told in the written complaint given in Gola police station that on March 13, he had reached the court to defend his client’s case. At the same time, advocate Manoj Kumar Tiwari, son of late Kushaldeiya village resident. Gorakhnath Tiwari was also present there.

According to Ranvijay Chand, Manoj Tiwari abused him during the debate. When he protested, Manoj Tiwari took out the leg of the chair and attacked him. The victim said that after the attack he was injured and even became unconscious for some time.
Both sides reached the police station
Immediately after the incident, both the advocates reached Gola police station and submitted a written complaint demanding action. On the complaint of Ranvijay Chand, the police have registered a case against the accused Manoj Kumar Tiwari under section 352 (assault) and section 110 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).

Till the time of writing the news, no case had been registered on the complaint of the other party.

Gola police station in-charge Rakesh Roshan Singh said, “A case has been registered on the basis of the complaint filed by the victim’s advocate. The matter is being investigated. Further legal action will be taken on the basis of the investigation report.”The police are investigating the entire incident by recording the statements of both the parties.
