Material
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 tbsp sabja (basil seeds)
- 1/2 cup faluda sevai
- 3–4 tablespoons of rose syrup
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
- Sliced almonds and pistachios
- A little tutti-frutti

- First soak the vegetable seeds in a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes. They will swell and become transparent.
- Boil faluda sevai in hot water for 3–4 minutes. Then wash with cold water and keep aside.
- Cool the milk and add sugar to it and shake it well.
- First pour the rose syrup into the serving glass.
- After this add soaked sabja and boiled sevai.
- Pour cold milk over the top and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Finally, add almonds, pistachios and tutti-frutti and serve chilled Faluda.
- You can also add strawberry syrup, chocolate syrup or kulfi to it to make different flavors of faluda.
