During the question hour and attention, answers were sought from the government on issues like increasing drug trade in the state, allocation of houses for displaced people, jail security, Pharmacy Council appointment and water crisis.
Illegal drugs trade and youth are on the rise in the state. drug addiction The issue was raised loudly. BJP MLA Roshan Lal Chaudhary raised questions on the business of heroin and brown sugar (white poison) spreading in Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Patratu, Barkagaon and Keredari areas. He said that crimes are also increasing due to drugs.
It was told in the House that between 2023 and 2025, 2829 cases have been registered under the NDPS Act. The government said that a strict campaign against drugs will be conducted by forming special teams in every district.

- BJP MLA Naveen Jaiswal raised the issue of allotment of 393 houses built in Jagannathpur Mauza located in Dhurwa, Ranchi. On this, Minister Sudivya Kumar said that in the survey conducted in 2016, 108 such names were found included which are not the real beneficiaries. The government clarified that no land or house will be given to any outsider and allotment will be made only to the eligible displaced persons.
- Jarmundi BJP MLA Devendra Kunwar raised the issue of installing 4G/5G jammers in jails to prevent misuse of mobile networks, on which Minister Yogendra Prasad Mahato informed that soon jammers will be installed in the jails of the state to stop 4G networks.
- Janata Dal (United) MLA Saryu Rai raised the issue of Prashant Kumar Pandey still working in the Pharmacy Council despite being appointed as Registrar for only 6 months, on which Health Minister Irfan Ansari assured to conduct an investigation and take action against the culprits.
- During the discussion on water crisis, MLAs raised the problem of drinking water in their areas. The government said that as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, work will be done on the plan to install 10 hand pumps in every panchayat. The process will start from April when funds are available.
