‘There will be rule of law again in Bengal, countdown of the ruthless government begins’; PM Modi targeted Mamata government

While addressing the public meeting in Kolkata, PM Modi said that today a new chapter of development of West Bengal and East India has started from the land of Kolkata. The foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 18 thousand crore related to road, railway and port infrastructure has been laid and inaugurated.

Rapid expansion of railway infrastructure

PM said, these projects are going to give new momentum to West Bengal and Eastern India. This is going to boost trade and industry. Life of millions of people will become easier. They will get new opportunities. Today, work is going on at a rapid pace to modernize the railways in the country. It is our resolve that West Bengal should not be left behind in this campaign. In such a situation, the Central Government is rapidly expanding the railway infrastructure of West Bengal. The completion of Kharagpur-Morgram Expressway will accelerate economic activities in various parts of West Bengal. The country’s railway network is currently undergoing rapid growth. It is our determination that West Bengal should not lag behind in this effort. In such a situation, the Central Government is making concrete efforts to rapidly expand the railway infrastructure of West Bengal.”
