Ray J threatens witness in sex tape dispute with Kim Kardashia

Ray J has revealed that a potential key witness could testify in his ongoing dispute with Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner regarding the release of the controversial tape titled Kim Kardashian Superstar.

According to Ray J’s lawyer Howard King, the legal team may summon Steve Hirsch, the head of Vivid Entertainment, to testify if Kardashian and Jenner continue to deny involvement in the tape’s release.

On March 10, 2026, Kardashian and Jenner filed sworn declarations denying claims that they planned the filming, release or sale of the tape. The pair rejected the allegations under oath, insisting they had no role in organising or distributing the recording.

However, King maintains that both statements are untrue and believes Hirsch could confirm details regarding the tape’s release in 2007.

Jenner, who filed a declaration in the Los Angeles Superior Court, strongly denied the accusations and rejected claims that she participated in what was described as the commercial exploitation of her daughter.

“As a mother, the notion that I orchestrated or produced sex tapes involving my daughter, or was in any way involved in the creation or distribution of any sex tapes, is not only entirely untrue but deeply offensive and harmful and has haunted me for decades,” she stated in court documents. Jenner also said she was devastated when the private footage became public.

“I was absolutely heartbroken, crushed and devastated as a mother to see my daughter in this situation where her most intimate and private moments were exposed to the world,” she added.

Ray J’s legal team has warned that if false statements continue to be made under oath, the matter could potentially lead to perjury-related legal consequences.
