ICC lashes out at Pakistani player, gets severe punishment for showing anger at umpire’s decision and throwing helmet

BAN vs PAK : ICC has given a big punishment to the key player of Pakistan cricket team and T20 captain Salman Ali Aga. Action has been taken against him for expressing anger and anger over the umpire’s decision. In anger, he took off his helmet and hit it near the pitch on the field itself. Since this is his first crime, he has been reprimanded and let off. In such a situation, he has been let off cheaply, but he has been found guilty of indiscipline and has been given heavy punishment for it.

Salman Aga has been found guilty of a level-1 crime. He has been found guilty of breaching Article 2.2 of the ICC Code of Conduct, which deals with the misuse of cricket equipment during international matches. Referee of this match Niyamur said, ‘For this particular incident we have reprimanded him and given him one demerit point’.

Know what was the whole matter

The second ODI match was played between Bangladesh and Pakistan in Dhaka last Friday. In this match, after Pakistan lost the toss, Bangladesh invited to bat first. When Pakistan team was batting in the 39th over, Mohammad Rizwan played the ball of Mahedi Hasan Miraj, which came towards the non-striker’s end.

After picking up this ball, Salman bent down to give it to Mahedi, during this time he was outside the safe line and Miraj picked up the ball and threw it on the stump and ran him out. The third umpire gave Salman out and he angrily took off his helmet and threw it on the ground. Along with this he also threw away his gloves. He was also seen arguing with Mirage and the umpire.

After this entire incident, Salman Aga said in the post-match press conference, ‘According to the book of rules of the game, he was right, but from the sportsmanship point of view, he failed as a sports person. I wasn’t even going to run. If I were in his place I would never have done this.

When will the two teams compete in the next match?

Now the third ODI match between Pakistan and Bangladesh is going to be played on 15 March. This match will be played in Dhaka. In this match, both the teams will go to win the series. Because Bangladesh won the first match and Pakistan won the second match. Now the three-match ODI series is tied at 1-1 and the final match is going to be decisive.
