Iranian missiles are overpowering Israel’s Iron Dome, interceptors on the verge of extinction, what will Netanyahu do now?

Israel Iron Dome Interceptors Eliminated: The ongoing war between Israel and Iran has now taken a serious form. There are frequent missile attacks between the two countries, and this conflict has created a new concern for Israel. According to American officials, Israel said that its interceptors to stop ballistic missiles are rapidly running out.

This situation has arisen because Iran is continuously targeting Israel with its missiles, and due to this, huge pressure is increasing on Israel’s defense system. If there is even a little truth in the American report, then it can become a big problem for Israel in the future.

Iran is firing cluster missiles at Israel

Iran has now started adding cluster munitions to its missiles. A missile contains many small bombs, which when the missile explodes, spread over a large area. These small bombs do not fall on any specific target, due to which Israel’s defense system is facing a big challenge. Israel’s Iron Dome system, which was primarily designed to intercept short-range missiles, is no longer as effective at stopping these new types of attacks.

American officials also said that they were aware of this problem in advance, and were prepared for it. However, the US does not lack its own interceptors, and their military capability is still strong. Despite this, it is not clear whether the US will provide its interceptors to Israel, as this could put a strain on its military reserves.

America will sell 12,000 bombs to Israel

Meanwhile, America has also approved the sale of 12,000 bombs to Israel, so that Israel can increase its defense capability. The US used more than 150 THAAD interceptors in last year’s conflict. Additionally, in the first days of the current war, the US has used approximately $2.4 billion worth of Patriot interceptors. Meanwhile, Iran’s cluster bombs have now become Israel’s biggest concern, as they can also affect Israeli civilian areas.
