Maggi Pakodas: A Tasty Breakfast

Easy method of making Maggi Pakodas

(Health Corner) :- Pakodas are a snack that we all love. Today we will tell you about a special type of pakodas, which are made from Maggi. These pakodas are also very popular among children. Let us know the simple method of making Maggi Pakodas.

Material

Maggi: 1 packet

Finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, onion: 1 cup

Salt: as per taste

Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup

Red chilli: 1/4 tsp

Semolina: 2 tbsp

Gram flour: 2 tbsp

Oil: for frying

Method

Firstly, take a packet of Maggi and make it as per the instructions given on the packet. Keep in mind that Maggi does not have to be completely melted, so add only 180 ml of water to it. When the water dries, turn off the gas and let it cool.

Now put it in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, capsicum and cabbage to it. After this add coriander, salt, red chilli, semolina and gram flour and mix well. If necessary, add some water also. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the pakodas on medium flame till they turn golden. Your Maggi Pakodas are ready. Serve them with sauce.
