At X, Alpha School’s Cameron Sorsby announced a new program for kids who want to become entrepreneurs. He wrote, “Our promise – graduate and earn $1 million (Rs 9.25 crore approx), or get your full tuition back.”
The school will have “the best people in the world” to achieve this. Sorsby emphasized this. And for that Alpha School has started recruitment. He added, “We are looking for 2-3 excellent coaches who can help students achieve this difficult but achievable goal.”
What is Alpha School?
Alpha School’s teaching method is slightly different. Instead of teachers, the organization claims that any student can complete a full day’s study in just two hours with the help of AI. This AI system will use tools like ChatGPT and Cloud to assess the student’s knowledge and create learning plans accordingly.
Alpha School founder Mackenzie Price claims her students score in the top 1-2 percent in America. More than 90 percent of students said they liked going to this school.
The remaining days are used to teach life skills or passion projects and co-curricular activities. Although the school has not detailed the entrepreneurship curriculum, students are likely to be asked to start a business and will be guided by their instructors for this.
How much is the high school fee?
Alpha School currently has more than 20 centers across the United States. However, their high school program is only available at the center in Austin, Texas. According to the official website, the tuition fee of Alpha High is $40,000 (approximately Rs. 37 lakh). According to Sorsby’s post, if a student doesn’t earn $1 million by the time they graduate, the school will reimburse parents in full.

Cameron Sorsby added that students would not be lectured. Instead, assigned coaches will teach them the skills. He wrote, “You won’t lecture or assign homework. You’ll scrutinize their P&L, take them to the car wash they bought, review their email funnel, and inspire them to do things that 99% of the world doesn’t think are possible.” The job posting states that a coach can earn $150,000 per year which is approximately Rs 1.38 crore.
