‘Will give blood but not land’ Iran’s Supreme Leader’s representative Abdul Majeed Hakim Elahi warned America

Iran Rejects US Talk Offer: Amidst the increasing tension in West Asia, Iran has made it clear that it is not in favor of any kind of talks with America at present. Abdul Majeed Hakim Elahi, representative of Iran’s supreme leader in India, said that Iran is fully prepared to fight a long-term war. He warned that Iran will never bow down to its opponents and will continue to fight till the end to protect its sovereignty. The Iranian representative has clarified that the people of the country have resolved to make every kind of sacrifice to protect their self-respect and land.

possibility of talks ruled out

Elahi completely rejected Donald Trump’s claim that Tehran is now desperate for talks. He said that in the current circumstances no question of talks arises because this entire conflict has started due to the unilateral actions of America. Citing bitter experiences of the past, he said that whenever talks were attempted, Iran was attacked from behind.

experience of long struggle

Iran says that they are not going to come under any pressure and they have a lot of experience of enduring war for a long time. He reminded that the eight-year-long fierce war between Iran and Iraq is in front of the world as an example of their courage and patience. If the situation worsens, Iran has both the capacity and the resources to continue this military confrontation for many years.

strong public resistance

According to the Iranian representative, even today, huge anger and an unwavering sense of self-defense are clearly visible among the common citizens on the streets of Iran. People are saying publicly that they are ready to give their blood for their country but will not give an inch of their land. This public anger and sense of resistance is Iran’s biggest strength which will not allow it to succumb to any external attack.

impact on global economy

Iran has warned that this crisis will not be limited to them only but it will have a very bad impact on the markets of the entire world. Due to increasing instability in the energy sector, there is a possibility of a huge jump in the prices of gas and oil, which will significantly increase global inflation. International markets are already volatile and an escalation of this conflict could cause major disruption in the supply of petrol and fuel.

failed appeal for peace

Iran claims that from the beginning it had made several efforts and appeals to maintain peace in the region and avoid a major war. Tehran had also urged neighboring countries to come together to control the worsening situation because the region cannot tolerate further war. The conflict, which began in late February, took an even worse turn when the supreme leader was killed in attacks.

country’s security priority

Elahi also appealed to the world community to start putting diplomatic pressure on the US to prevent the situation from worsening. Iran will not compromise with its self-respect and will continue to use every possible military and political option for its security.
