How to make famous tasty Batata Poha for morning breakfast?

Ingredients to make Batata Poha:
One cup poha, two potatoes, one onion, half teaspoon cumin and half teaspoon mustard, 10 to 12 curry leaves, salt as per taste, two teaspoons oil, half teaspoon sugar, coriander leaves.

How to make Batata Poha?
Step 1: First of all, put the poha in a sieve and wash it with light water and keep it aside for 2-3 minutes, so that the poha becomes a little soft.

Second step: Now peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and chop the onion finely.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it. When they start crackling, add curry leaves.

Fourth Step: After this add chopped onion and fry till it turns light pink. Then add chopped potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the potatoes become soft.

Step 5: Now add salt and sugar and mix lightly. After this add soaked poha and mix well.

Step 6: Let it cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes, so that all the spices get mixed well in the poha. Finally add finely chopped green coriander and turn off the gas.

Seventh Step: Now your hot Mumbai style Batata Poha is ready. If you want, you can serve it by adding lemon juice and sev on top, which enhances its taste even more.
