The order, which is domestic in nature, involves the design, manufacture, testing, and supply of inverter duty transformers. It is expected to be executed within a time frame of six to eight months. The company has clarified that the promoter group does not have any interest in the entities awarding the order, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
