High Court’s big decision on administrative order regarding Namaz in Sambhal, strongly reprimanded, know what is the whole matter?

Sambhal Mosque News: The Allahabad High Court has canceled the administrative order fixing the number of prayers in the mosque in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. Besides, the High Court has also given instructions to the UP government to make security arrangements during Namaz. In the division bench of the court, Justice Atul Sridharan and Justice Siddharth Ranjan have given this decision while hearing the petition of Munajir Khan of Sambhal.

It has been complained in the petition that the administration in Sambhal is limiting the number of Namazis to only 20. The court has strongly reprimanded the Sambhal administration on this matter.

What did the High Court say?

In fact, during the hearing of this case, the High Court objected to the order of the district administration and reprimanded the Sambhal administration. The court clearly told the administration that it is the responsibility of the state government to maintain law and order. If the DM-SP of Sambhal feels that the law and order situation will deteriorate due to the number of Namazis, then he should resign from his post or take transfer. The court also said that the right to worship cannot be limited on this basis.

Along with this, the court also said that if any person or group creates obstruction in Namaz, then strictest action should be taken against him. The High Court also directed the state government that under all circumstances, Namaz should be conducted in a peaceful environment and everyone has the right to worship. This decision of the High Court has brought relief to the petitioner and the Namazis of Sambhal because before the order of the local administration, there was a lot of confusion and confusion among the people.

Actually, the Sambhal administration had given permission to 20 people to offer namaz in the mosque, the district administration had ordered to limit the namaz citing security issue. Recently, during the hearing, the High Court had strongly reprimanded Sambhal DM and SP on the issue of security and had asked them to resign if they were unable to provide security. Now the High Court has canceled the order of Sambhal administration in order to hear the case.
