‘Have some shame…’, former Pakistani player’s anger after losing to Bangladesh, openly lashed out

Ahmed Shehzad on Pakistan Defeat: After T-20 World Cup 2026, Pakistan cricket team went to Bangladesh tour, where a 3-match ODI series was played. Pakistan performed disappointingly in this series. Pakistan had to lose the series 2-1. After this, the anger of former Pakistan team player Ahmed Shahzad has erupted. Shahzad has lashed out at the Pakistan cricket team and head coach Mike Hesson.

Shahzad strongly criticized

Pakistan played its last ODI match against Bangladesh on 15 March. Pakistan lost by 11 runs, after which Ahmed Shehzad got angry. He said, “After the disappointing performance in the T20 World Cup, you did not make any changes. You suddenly fielded young players. Now you have lost the series and are making an excuse to include young players in the playing eleven.

Why did you decide to bowl after winning the toss? The pitch was good. You should have batted and scored runs, then bowled under the lights. You are becoming a collaborative team. People have now started considering Pakistan like Zimbabwe. And then you say that we were out of the World Cup because of run rate. Have some shame.” Shahzad believes that if the condition of Pakistan team continues like this then it will soon become an associate team.
