Varanasi Boat Iftar Party: In the religious city of Varanasi, some Muslim youth were seen having an Iftar party in the middle of the river Ganga. These Muslim youths are accused of throwing chicken bones in the river Ganga after eating chicken briyani while celebrating Iftar party in the middle of river Ganga. The video of this Iftar party is becoming increasingly viral on social media. Many questions are being raised regarding this.

A case has been registered against these youth on the complaint of Bharatiya Janata Party’s Yuva Morcha Metropolitan President Rajat Jaiswal. Many videos of this Iftar party are going viral on social media. In which this young man is seen celebrating Iftar party sitting in a boat.

There is a lot of anger being seen on social media regarding this Iftar party. A user on social media tagged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath regarding this and shared the video and also wrote that 14 Muslim youths insulted Hindu sentiments in broad daylight in Varanasi. They had an Iftar party on a boat in Mother Ganga, ate a lot of biryani and then threw the bones into the holy Ganga like garbage. They spit on our faith. Also, at the end of the post, while mentioning the ID of CM Yogi, the user wrote that ‘your police is sleeping’.

All 14 youths arrested

A case has been registered against 14 people under Kotwali police station of Varanasi and all the youths have been arrested. After the arrest, the police said that strict interrogation is being done on the basis of the complaint and if found guilty, strict action will be taken. A case has been registered against all of them under sections 298, 299, 296(1B), 270 and 279 of BNS.

Police investigation revealed that this video was uploaded on March 15. The police have taken action on the basis of the complaint. Actually, while giving information about this matter, ACP Kotwali Vijay Pratap said that Rajat Jaiswal associated with Yuva Morcha has filed a complaint regarding the video. It has been said in the complaint that the Muslim youth seen in the video are throwing chicken biryani in the river Ganga after eating it while sitting in a boat.
