“Bollywood has no shame”

Kangana said that such songs are not new, but have been being made for a long time. However, now there is a need for more strictness on these. He said, “Bollywood has crossed all limits for PR and attention. The whole country is criticizing, but they have no shame.”

“Difficult to watch TV with family”

Controversy over the song ‘KD – The Devil’

The item song of the film ‘KD – The Devil’, starring Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt, has been in controversy since its release. People expressed strong objection to the lyrics and scene of the song, after which it was removed from YouTube. The complaint in this matter has also reached Delhi Police.

Have raised voice before also

Kangana Ranaut has earlier also spoken against item numbers and objectification of women in films. He has also spoken many times about rejecting item song offers from big directors. Citing the example of Madhubala’s classic song ‘Aaiye Meherbaan’, he once said that there was beauty in the old songs, but women were not presented as objects. Now the question is – will Bollywood reconsider its content limits after this increasing criticism or will the controversies continue like this?
