Israel claims – Iran’s security chief Ali Larijani killed, top commander of IRGC’s Basij force also killed!
Tel Aviv, March 17. Israeli media has claimed that its army has targeted Iran’s security chief Ali Larijani in a nighttime airstrike, killing him. Israel’s Defense Minister has claimed that Ali Larijani has died in this attack. Earlier it was reported that it is not yet clear whether Larijani has died or been injured in this attack.
Iran has not given any official statement on these reports. However, Iran’s state channel Press TV issued a statement in the name of Larijani, in which he targeted US President Donald Trump. The statement said that 47 years ago, even before Iran’s Islamic Revolution, those in power used to call the voice of the people a liar. And now Trump is also calling the huge anti-America and Israel protests taking place in Iran as ‘created by artificial intelligence’.
The statement also said that the ‘historic victory’ of the Iranian people is now near. These news come a day after the statement in which Larijani gave a message to Muslim countries saying that Iran stands firmly in its fight against America and Israel. He also said that when Iran was attacked, support was not received as expected from many Muslim countries, which disappointed him.
Larijani alleged that America and Israel attacked Iran during the talks, the purpose of which was to weaken the country. Many civilians and military officers died in this attack.
IRGC Claim of death of commander of Basij Force
Meanwhile, Israel also claimed that it has killed IRGC’s Basij Force commander Ghulamreza Sulemani. According to Al Jazeera, the Israeli military claims to have killed Basij Force commander Ghulamreza Suleimani in an attack last night. It said the alleged killing of Soleimani was a major blow to Iran’s “command-and-control structures” and pledged to continue forceful action against Iranian commanders.
On the other hand, news is also coming out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given a big order to his army, in which he has now directly said to target the top leaders of Iran.
