Pakistan’s air strike on Kabul, Afghan cricketers called the attack in Ramzan as atrocities on innocents

Pakistan-Afghanistan War: Pakistani Air Force carried out major air strikes at five places in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Afghan cricketers have termed this attack during Ramzan as atrocities on innocents.

Pakistan-Afghanistan War: In the war that has been going on between Pakistan and Afghanistan for the last 20 days, a major attack was carried out by Pakistan last night. Afghanistan alleges that the Pakistani Air Force carried out major air strikes at five places in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. It is reported that Pakistan had used a large amount of explosives in this attack. Due to which huge devastation was seen at these five places. Afghan cricketers have strongly condemned this attack and termed it as atrocities on innocents.

Attacked at 9 pm last night

According to the information, last night at around 9.30 pm, Pakistani Air Force attacked Kabul with its JF-17 and F-16 aircraft. This included residential areas near the Defense Ministry of Afghanistan, residential areas near the headquarters of the intelligence agency GDI, residential areas near Rashtrapati Bhavan and a 2,000-bed government hospital located in the old NATO base near Kabul Airport.

Former President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned

Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the attacks on residential areas and non-military targets in Kabul. Besides, Afghan cricketers have also strongly condemned this attack. Afghan players have expressed deep grief and concern and have raised the issue of the death of innocent players and those injured and demanded a fair investigation.

What did Rashid Khan say?

Afghan cricketers stressed the need for protection of innocents and respect for humanity regarding this attack which took place during Ramadan. Afghanistan cricket team bowler Rashid Khan said, ‘I am deeply saddened by the news of civilian casualties due to Pakistani air strikes in Kabul. Targeting civilian homes, educational institutions or medical facilities is a war crime. This kind of blatant disregard for human beings, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, is disgusting and a matter of deep concern. This will only increase division and hatred.
