Crispy Babycorn Recipe: Crispy Babycorn is a very tasty and crispy snack, which you can easily make at home. This recipe is liked by everyone, both children and adults. You can also serve it with tea or as a party snack.
Ingredients For Crispy Babycorn Recipe
- Babycorn – 200 grams
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Water – as per requirement
- Oil – for frying
Preparation Method
- First of all, wash the baby corns thoroughly and if desired, cut them from the middle.
- Now add flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt and soya sauce in a vessel.
- Now add water little by little and prepare a thick batter. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thin.
- Now add baby corn to this batter and coat it well.
Frying Process
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil gets hot well, add babycorns one by one and fry on medium flame.
- Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy, then take them out on a plate.
Serving Tips

- Can be double fried to make it more crispy.
- Adding a little rice flour to the batter adds more crispness.
