Iran: The first statement of Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has come after the assassination of Iran’s Security Head Ali Larijani and Intelligence Minister Ismail Khan by Israel. Mujtaba has expressed deep anger over the killing of Ali Larijani and the country’s Intelligence Minister Ismail Khatib. He said that every drop of blood has its own revenge. The criminals will soon have to pay the price for their (Larijani and Ismail) blood.

Mujtaba further said in the message issued – “With deep sorrow I received the sad news of the martyrdom of Dr. Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council and representative of the Leader in the Council, and his capable son and many colleagues. I receive this sad news with utmost sorrow and condolences. They were men of knowledge, foresight and intelligence. They were extremely dedicated and had diverse experience in the political, military, security, cultural and administrative fields. He served at various levels in the Islamic system for almost five decades. Active service had made him a prominent and distinguished personality. Undoubtedly, the killing of such a great personality proves his importance and the enmity held in him by the enemies of Islam. In the name of God, the Most Merciful and Gracious, do not consider those who were killed in the path of Allah as dead. No, they are alive and are being provided with their Lord.”
Every drop of blood will be avenged
Mujtaba further wrote that the opponents of Islam should know that shedding the blood of such great people on the roots of the huge tree of Islamic system will only make that tree stronger. And of course, every drop of blood has its own revenge, which the criminals who murdered these martyrs are soon going to pay.
