Om Birla’s tone changed after no-confidence motion! Class of two ministers of Modi was imposed, the whole story will surprise you
Om Birla Angry on Minister: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday once again appeared angry at the minister of the Modi government at the Centre. Question Hour was going on in the Lok Sabha but the Union Minister was not present during that time. After which Speaker Om Birla asked the associate minister a question, where is the minister?
On the question of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, the associate minister said that he is attending a meeting. After this, Speaker Om Birla’s style became more sharp. He clearly told the associate minister that question hour is important, not the meeting. It is not clearly known which Union Minister he was angry with.
No-confidence motion against Birla
A few days ago, in the second phase of the budget session of Parliament, a no-confidence motion was brought against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in which he was accused of being biased and said. It was said that he does not listen to the opposition and interrupts in a short time. However, the no-confidence motion was rejected by voice vote.
Minister’s class was held yesterday also
Yesterday i.e. on March 17 also, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla was angry at his own minister. On Tuesday, during the Question Hour, he directed the members to ask short questions and the Minister to give short answers. Even then the Lok Sabha Speaker had taken the Union Minister to task.
On which minister was Birla angry?
Actually, what happened was that during the Question Hour, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment BL Verma was answering a supplementary question from TDP MP GM Harish Balayogi. While answering he started speaking at length. On which Speaker Om Birla got a little angry and gave instructions saying why are you giving a speech? Please reply.
