US Intelligence Chief’s statement, ‘Pakistan is one of the biggest nuclear threats to US’

America’s intelligence agency chief Tulsi Gabbard, in her recent briefing, highlighted the major nuclear and security threats facing America. He said that Pakistan is the biggest nuclear threat to America. Apart from this, he also named Iran, China, Russia and North Korea as countries that can challenge America’s security through their advanced missile and weapons capabilities.

What did Gabbard say?

Gabbard said that these five countries are continuously developing new missile technology, which is not only capable of carrying nuclear weapons but is also useful for conventional weapons. With the development of these technologies, America’s homeland has come directly within the range of the firepower of these countries. He specifically identified Pakistan as the most serious threat.

A serious warning was also given in the briefing regarding North Korea. According to Gabbard, North Korea has strengthened its military and technological partnerships with Russia and China more than ever. This trilateral cooperation can create a strategic challenge for America. The intelligence department is constantly keeping an eye on the growing military and technical relations between these countries. North Korea’s missile tests and nuclear research are seen as part of this larger strategic alliance.

What did Tulsi Gabbard say about Iran?

Regarding Iran, Tulsi Gabbard said that America had completely destroyed Iran’s nuclear enrichment program in June 2025. After this action, America has not yet seen any indication that Iran is trying to re-establish its enrichment capabilities. Although Iran is still engaged in the development of advanced missile systems, its nuclear program is currently inactive.

Gabbard also clarified that China and Russia are also continuously updating their nuclear and conventional weapons capabilities. He said that the technological progress and military development of these countries are posing a serious threat to American security. Overall, America is constantly keeping an eye on the increasing weapons and missile development of these five countries Pakistan, Iran, China, Russia and North Korea.

This briefing makes it clear that the nuclear and missile threats facing America are not only regional, but have strategic seriousness at the global level.
