Materials:

  • 1 packet Maggi
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cheese slices or ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 green chilies (optional)
  • ½ tsp butter
  • Maggi Masala (in packet)
  • Pinch of salt (as needed)

  • Heat butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and saute until light golden.
  • Add tomatoes and green chillies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add 1 cup of water and let it boil.
  • Once boiling, add Maggi noodles and masala.
  • Let the maggi cook on medium heat and keep stirring.
  • When Maggi is almost cooked add cheese slices or grated cheese.
  • Mix gently until the cheese is completely melted and turn off the heat.
  • Hot Cheesy Maggi is ready. Garnish with a little cilantro on top if desired and serve immediately.
