Big action on the song ‘Tattiri’: Women’s Commission sent summons to Badshah, ordered to appear on this date, know the whole matter

Mumbai The process of action has intensified regarding the songs involved in controversies. After the song “Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke” from the film KD: The Devil, now the National Commission for Women has taken strict action on Badshah’s recent song ‘Tattiri’. The Commission has issued summons to all the prominent people associated with the song and directed them to appear on March 25.

Spontaneous cognizance on obscenity charges-
Taking suo motu cognizance of this matter, the National Commission for Women said that the content of the song ‘Tattiri’ prima facie appears objectionable and indecent. According to the Commission, this content may violate the Indian Judicial Code, the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.

Summons sent to these people-
Singer and lyricist Badshah (Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia), directors Mahi Sandhu, Joban Sandhu and producer Hiten have been asked to appear before the commission on March 25 at 12:30 pm in the case.

The Commission has warned that legal action can be taken if the person is not present at the scheduled time.

‘KD: The Devil’ team also under siege-
Earlier, the Commission had also shown strictness regarding the film KD: The Devil and its song “Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke”. In this case, summons have been issued to actress Nora Fatehi, actor Sanjay Dutt and other concerned people to appear on March 24.

Song removed from social media-
Amidst the growing controversy, the song ‘Tattiri’ has been removed from the social media platform. Objections were raised regarding government buses, school uniforms and lyrics in the song.

Earlier, Haryana State Women Commission had also taken action in this matter and FIRs were registered at two places in Haryana. As the controversy escalated, the king even publicly apologized.

Strictness increased due to increase in controversy-
Now the Commission is adopting a strict stance regarding the ever increasing controversies and objectionable content. More strict action may be seen in this matter in the coming days.
