In this video, the team’s young star Vaibhav Suryavanshi is seen batting aggressively in the nets against veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. The young batsman once again showed his fearless style and did not hesitate to play big shots even in front of an experienced spinner like Jadeja.
Rajasthan Royals has shared a video on X, in which Vaibhav Suryavanshi is seen playing big shots with great ease on Ravindra Jadeja’s balls in the nets. It can be seen in the video that Vaibhav is playing strong shots on the balls of the star all-rounder. He hit 5 of Jadeja’s 6 balls in the air and made his intentions clear even before the start of IPL.

One of the biggest news of this season was Jadeja’s return to Rajasthan. He played for this team in the first season of IPL and now after 18 years, he will be seen again in the Royals jersey. Jadeja and Sam Curran joined Rajasthan in a big trade with Chennai Super Kings, while captain Sanju Samson joined the Chennai camp. Talking about Jadeja’s IPL career, he has scored 3260 runs in 254 matches and taken 170 wickets. His economy rate has been 7.67.
Young batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi has impressed everyone in his debut season itself. He scored 252 runs in 7 matches, in which his strike rate was 206.55. During this period he also scored a century and a half-century. His aggressive batting style has made him an important player of the team and he is expected to perform well in IPL 2026 as well.
Rajasthan Royals will play their first match against Chennai Super Kings on March 30 in Guwahati. After this, there will be a clash with Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on 4th April. The team will face Mumbai Indians in Guwahati on April 7, while they will face Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 10. At present, BCCI has announced the schedule only till April 12.
