Tallest Taj Hotel India: Gulshan Group has partnered with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) to give a new dimension to the luxury real estate and hospitality sector in Noida. Under this project, about Rs 1000 crore will be invested and there is a plan to build India’s tallest Taj Hotel.

Country’s tallest Taj Hotel to be built in Noida

This project will be developed along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 129 of Noida. This 57-storey building will take approximately 5 years to complete. After its completion, it will be the tallest Taj Hotel in the country, which will give a new look to the skyline of Delhi-NCR.

Luxury Serviced Apartment with Hotel

The specialty of this project is not only hotels, but also Taj-branded service apartments. A total of 150 hotel rooms and 74 branded apartments will be built. This project will be the second Taj-branded residential project in the country after Chennai, which is being developed keeping in mind the high-end customers.

Expected revenue of Rs 2000 crore

The company expects a revenue of around Rs 2000 crore from this entire project. According to Gulshan Nagpal, founder of Gulshan Group, this investment will further strengthen the real estate market of Noida. IHCL CEO Puneet Chhatwal said that the demand for luxury residences and branded properties in India is increasing rapidly.

New standard of luxury in NCR

This project can set a new benchmark of luxury living and hospitality in Delhi-NCR. Gulshan Group has already developed more than 10 residential and commercial projects in NCR, and this new project will further strengthen their premium identity.
