1. Black raisins are amazing

If your daughter is also a teenager then you should include black raisins in her diet. It is rich in iron and vitamin C. It also removes anemia. Therefore, every morning, feed 3 to 4 raisins soaked overnight to the girls.

2. Flax seeds will help

Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These help in increasing the absorption of iron in the body. Include one spoon of roasted flax seeds in the diet of girls every day. You can also give them by mixing them with roti, dal or vegetables. This improves hemoglobin level.

3. Amla and beetroot juice

Beetroot is rich in iron. Amla is also rich in Vitamin C. In such a situation, the great combination of these two helps in increasing hemoglobin. It is good to include gooseberry and beetroot juice in the diet regularly. You should consume it mid-morning i.e. between 10 am to 12 noon. This also increases iron supply in the body.
