Mohan Bhagwat’s statement: India can stop West Asia war…
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Sanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat said in a recent program organized in Nagpur that many countries of the world are now looking towards India so that the ongoing war in West Asia can be stopped.
New Delhi: Mohan Bhagwat has said that the world is believing that only India can end the ongoing war in West Asia. Mohan Bhagwat has cited various countries asking India to intervene, of which the United Arab Emirates and Finland have been at the forefront. Many countries of the world have expressed the feeling that just as India has good relations with America and Israel and also has age-old friendship with Iran, India has the potential to intervene in the conflict between the two sides. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sir Sanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat emphasized this viewpoint in a program in Nagpur.
India is being considered as the center of conflict resolution
Mohan Bhagwat said that many countries of the world have realized that India has good relations with America and Israel, and has a centuries-old friendship with Iran. This is why many countries have urged India to end the conflict by mediating between the war-affected countries. He specifically named the United Arab Emirates and Finland, who expected India to play this role.
Bhagwat said, in the ongoing war, voices are being raised again and again from countries that only India can end it. Why? Because they have knowledge of this trend of India. Therefore this work has to be done. First we have to prepare.
The world needs harmony, not conflict
Speaking after the foundation stone laying ceremony of Vidarbha state office of Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Nagpur, Mohan Bhagwat shared thoughts on global conflict and solutions. He said that war is the result of selfish interests. The world needs harmony, not conflict. According to Bhagwat, India’s role can be decisive in maintaining world balance and ending conflicts. He clarified that Indian tradition is moving towards establishing lasting peace through unity, discipline and adherence to religion.
The RSS chief said that the world is struggling with religious intolerance, forced conversions and ideas of superiority and inferiority. In such a situation, India’s traditional philosophy, which is based on unity and interconnectedness, can become a guide for others. Bhagwat said that for 2,000 years the world tried to find solutions to conflicts, but lasting peace is possible not only through power struggle, but through humanity, discipline and religious conduct.
He further said, religion should not be limited to scriptures only. This should be demonstrated in daily behavior. This is our strength and message to the world. Mohan Bhagwat emphasized that the center of India’s thinking is the observance and unity of humanity. He said the situation in many parts of the world is volatile and leaders at home and abroad understand that only India can end conflict through harmony and collective understanding.
