Bihar government opened treasury for religious fairs! Ram Navami- Special preparations on Chaiti Chhath

Bihar News: Bihar government has sanctioned huge funds to organize various religious events and fairs in a better way. The government has given permission to spend a total of Rs 1 crore 63 lakh. The main objective of this decision is that these events can be conducted in a safe, organized and smooth manner, so that the devotees do not face any kind of problem.

Amount of Rs 50 lakh approved for Ram Navami procession

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha said that the government is taking events related to religious faith very seriously. He has instructed the officials that all the arrangements should be made in a transparent manner and there should be no negligence anywhere. This time, special attention is being given to big festivals like Ram Navami and Chaiti Chhath. An amount of Rs 50 lakh has been sanctioned for the Ram Navami procession in Patna city area. This amount will be spent on security, cleanliness and other necessary arrangements.

Rs 30 lakh approved for Chaiti Chhath

Apart from this, Rs 30 lakh has been given for the Chaiti Chhath fair to be held in Dev, Aurangabad. Rs 6 lakh has been sanctioned for the Ular Dham Sun Temple located in Patna’s Dulhin Bazaar. At the same time, approval of Rs 5 lakh has been received for the Ram Darbar Chowk Mahavir Temple Fair of Darbhanga.

15 lakhs for Mahashivratri fair here

The government has given funds not only for big events but also for other important fairs. Rs 21 lakh has been sanctioned for the Sitakund fair of Munger. Rs 5 lakh has been given for the Shravani fair of Muzaffarpur and Rs 31 lakh has been given for the Shravani fair of Banka. Apart from this, Rs 15 lakh has been sanctioned for the Mahashivratri fair at Baba Sundarnath Dham in Araria. A large number of devotees participate in all these events every year. Keeping this in mind, the government has taken this step.

The government says that security will be most important in all events. For this, special instructions have been given to the police and administration. Additional arrangements will be made to control the crowd, so that no accident occurs.

Besides, special attention will also be given to cleanliness. Arrangements for cleaning staff will be made to maintain cleanliness at the venue. Apart from this, traffic management will also be improved, so that people do not face any problem in commuting. The local administration has been given full responsibility for all these arrangements. Officials have been asked to work with utmost caution and resolve any problem immediately.

Vijay Kumar Sinha also made it clear that the sanctioned amount should be used only for the scheduled works. He warned that any kind of irregularities or negligence will not be tolerated.

All officers have been instructed to submit the utility certificates on time. The District Magistrate and other concerned officers will monitor this entire work.
