Skoda Auto has launched the facelift model of its popular SUV Skoda Kushaq in India. The starting ex-showroom price of this new model has been set at Rs 10.69 lakh. There are no mechanical changes in this facelift, but the 1-litre turbo petrol engine gets a new automatic gearbox. Let’s know more about this car.
Exterior design
Since its launch in 2021, Kushaq is known for its stylish looks. The front look of the car has been made more modern in the facelift model. It now gets slim headlamps with DRL signature. Additionally, there is an LED light bar on the gloss black grille, which connects to both the headlights.

Side look
The side profile has not been changed much. The shape and size of the car has been kept as before. There are silver roof rails on top and black body cladding on the bottom, giving the SUV an aggressive look. However, now 17-inch alloy wheels with a new design are offered, which look more sporty and attractive.
Color options
A total of 8 color options are available in the new Kushaq facelift. It includes 3 new colors Shimla Green, Cherry Red and Steel Grey. Lava Blue, Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Deep Black and Carbon Steel are also available. A dual-tone option is available in some colors, with the roof of the car painted black.
Interior and cabin
Although there are no major changes in the interior design, the quality has been improved. It has a dual-tone black and beige interior. The cabin layout has been kept as before and all the controls and buttons are in the same place.

The car features a two-spoke steering wheel with a chrome finish. There is red stitching on the seats and Nashik Red Matte finish on the dashboard as well as the doors. Other variants get dark silver matte finish with black-beige interior. This model now gets a panoramic sunroof, which gives the cabin a more premium and spacious feel.
Features and Safety
The SUV gets panoramic sunroof, seats with massage function, ambient lighting, 10.25-inch digital driver display (with turn-by-turn navigation) and 10.1-inch infotainment system with AI assistant.
Safety features include 6 airbags, ESC, all-wheel disc brakes (for 1.5-litre engine only), hill hold assist, front and rear parking sensors, rear view camera and TPMS.
Price
- Skoda Kushaq is priced differently depending on the various variants and engine options.
- The Classic+ variant is priced at Rs 10.69 lakh for the 1-litre TSI Turbo Petrol engine and Rs 12.69 lakh for the 1.5-litre TSI Turbo Petrol.
- The Signature variant is priced at Rs 14.59 lakh with the 1-litre engine and Rs 15.59 lakh with the 1.5-litre engine.
- The Sportline variant is priced at Rs 14.74 lakh for the 1-litre engine and Rs 15.74 lakh for the 1.5-litre engine.
- The Prestige variant is priced at Rs 16.79 lakh for the 1-litre engine, Rs 17.59 lakh for the 1.5-litre and Rs 18.79 lakh with the DCT gearbox.
- The Monte Carlo variant is only available with the 1.5-litre engine and is priced at Rs 17.89 lakh, while the DCT gearbox is priced at Rs 18.99 lakh.
